Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office hours

Job Description

• Handle end-to-end employee separation processes, including resignations, retirements, contract expiries and other employee exits.
• Process separation transactions accurately and within stipulated service timelines.
• Prepare resignation acknowledgements, exit letters, clearance documents and other related documentation.
• Coordinate clearance activities with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security.
• Process work pass cancellations where required.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation and records retention.
• Monitor outstanding actions and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders on offboarding-related enquiries.
• Provide timely, accurate and customer-focused HR support.
• Ensure processes comply with HR policies, procedures and service standards.
• Identify and escalate complex cases appropriately.

Requirement

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services or HR administration.
• Experience in employee lifecycle administration or offboarding processes will be an advantage.
