3 Months Temp Front Office Assistant - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to :

Location: Joo Chiat

Working hours: 5-day workweek with rostered weekends and public holidays (8.30am to 6pm)

Salary: $12 an hour

Job scope:

• Front counter duties

• Registration of walk-in patients

• Preparation of patient documentation

• Conducting financial counselling

• Handling payment collection

• Reconciling daily collections

• Responding to patient phone inquiries

• Managing email correspondence

Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
