Contract: Until End January 2027
Salary: Up to $5,000/month
Working Hours: Office Hours, 5 Days

Job Scope:

• Manage patient feedback and ensure timely case resolution
• Investigate service issues and coordinate with relevant departments
• Draft professional responses to patients and stakeholders
• Analyse feedback trends and identify service improvement opportunities
• Coordinate patient experience and service excellence initiatives
• Conduct surveys, focus groups, programmes and events
• Prepare dashboards, reports and presentations for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business or related discipline
• Experience in feedback management, service quality, patient experience or customer experience
