QAQC Snr Engineer/ AM (HQ Building Dept)/$8K+VB/ A1 Main Contractor

• Up to $8,000 Basic + Bonus/ Permanent Role/ 5 workdays/ HQ in Paya lebar area.

• Experience in Building projects, architecture, and M&E is mandatory.

• Experience in ISO ISO9000, 14000, and 45000 is preferred

Job Description:

• Supporting Corporate QAQC Manager in developing and improving the company’s Quality Management System, policies and procedures.

• Oversee QA/QC activities across multiple building and construction projects.

• Conduct audits, site inspections and compliance reviews.

• Review quality plans, ITPs, method statements and project documentation.

• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Provide technical guidance and training to project and site teams.

• Monitor quality performance and prepare management reports.

• Coordinate quality matters with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities.

• Promote consistent QA/QC standards and best practices across projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or other engineering related discipline

• Experience in Building projects, architecture, and M&E is mandatory.
