6 Months Temp Front Office Assistant *CENTRAL* #HZTK

Location: Novena

Working Hours: 42 hours per week, 5 days per week

Monday to Sunday, including weekends and Public Holidays

Shift 1: 7.00am – 4.30pm

Shift 2: 10.30am – 8.00pm

Shift 3: 1.00pm – 10.30pm

Shift 4: 10.00pm – 7.30am

Job Responsibilities

• Provide front office and customer service support to patients and guests.
• Handle enquiries, reservations, phone calls and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Assist patients and guests with their requests and provide a pleasant service experience.
• Help carry and transport patients’ luggage to the wards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk and lobby area.
• Ensure proper service standards are followed when assisting patients and guests.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
