Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Scopes:

• Assist the Contracts Manager in post-contract administration works, including monitoring contract compliance, handling variations, coordinating with site and commercial teams, and supporting the close-out of contractual matters after award.
• Carry out measurement and cost breakdown activities, such as taking off quantities from drawings and site records, preparing detailed cost analyses, tracking actual costs against budgets, and assisting in the evaluation of variations and final accounts.
• Prepare and process payment certificates for subcontractors and suppliers, including verifying work progress, checking claims against contract terms, ensuring accuracy of measurements and rates, and coordinating approvals in accordance with project payment procedures.

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

• Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
• This role will be based at project site located in the West
• Shuttle bus will be provided at designated MRT station
• Willing to move between site and HQ
• QS with main contractor experience will be an advantage
