HR Business Partner - Govt

(Govt) You will lead HR business partnering by collaborating with business leaders to translate workforce needs into effective HR solutions covering workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational change.

• Up to $10,000 + Bonus (Hybrid)
• 12-Month Renewable Contract
• Near Labrador Park MRT
• Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with business leaders to assess and address manpower and operational requirements
• Deliver actionable HR advice on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management, rewards, and HR policies to support business goals
• Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development initiatives to enhance organizational capability
• Lead HR partnership during organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate with specialist HR teams such as Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits to implement integrated HR solutions
• Facilitate employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture through targeted initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience with demonstrated expertise in HR business partnering
Singaporean only
