QUANTITY SURVEYOR CUM DRAFTER

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist Project Manager/ Project team in all contractual and costing matters in interior fit out works in commercial and residential projects.
2. Handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts.
3. Attend tender and project meetings.
4. Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors for job/ project specification, acquire quotations and comparison in prices.
5. Experience in Project Tender Documentation and Submission requirements with minimal supervision.
6. Purchasing of all project work materials identified in the projects/tenders.
7. Prepare construction drawings, 3d drawings and make fast drawing amendments accordingly.
8. Plan inadvance materials need to be used for the assigned project and budget control.
9. Good in negotiating prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
10. Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying and drafting or equivalent. (interior renovation fit out works and construction of landed houses experience an advantage)
2. Preferably with at least 2 Years of working local experience.
3. Knowledge of MS, sketch up, autocad, 3D and related drawing software.
4. Able to work under pressure with high initiative and tight deadlines.
5. Independent and Good Team player.
6. Strong analytical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities and eye for details.
7. Driving licence an advantage.
