About this job

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and organised Accounts, Admin & HR Executive to manage the company's day-to-day accounting, payroll, administrative and HR functions.

The role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of deadlines and is able to manage multiple areas of the business with minimal supervision.

Accounts & Finance

•⁠ ⁠Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

•⁠ ⁠Process and coordinate supplier payments, ensuring invoices and supporting documents are properly checked and recorded.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor outstanding customer invoices and follow up with customers for payment through various platforms and communication channels.

•⁠ ⁠Perform month-end closing, including checking and reconciling accounts and ensuring transactions are properly recorded.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and maintain the company's monthly Profit & Loss (P&L).

•⁠ ⁠Monitor revenue, expenses and key financial figures and highlight significant discrepancies or unusual movements.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.

•⁠ ⁠Assist with general accounting and financial administrative matters as required.

GST & Compliance

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and manage the company's *quarterly GST submissions*.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure GST transactions are properly recorded and supporting documentation is maintained.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor GST deadlines and ensure timely submission and payment.

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with the company's accountant, auditor, tax agent or relevant authorities when required.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure accounting and statutory records are properly maintained.


Payroll & CPF

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and process *monthly payroll* accurately and on time.

•⁠ ⁠Calculate and submit *monthly CPF contributions*.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate employee payroll, leave and attendance records.

•⁠ ⁠Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure payroll-related deadlines and statutory requirements are met.

Customer & Platform Administration

•⁠ ⁠*Onboard new customers onto their required platforms*, including setting up company profiles, submitting required documents and completing administrative requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Manage approximately *1–2 new customer platform onboardings per month*.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain proper records of customer accounts, documents, registrations and platform requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with customers when additional information or documentation is required.

HR & Employee Administration

•⁠ ⁠Manage the *onboarding of new employees*, including preparation and collection of required documents.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and review employment contracts to ensure salary, working hours, benefits, leave and other employment terms are accurate.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Review employee benefits periodically to ensure they remain *competitive, appropriate and aligned with company needs*.

•⁠ ⁠Assist with employee-related administrative matters, including leave, attendance and employee records.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure HR processes and documentation are properly maintained and compliant with applicable employment requirements.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠At least *2–3 years of relevant experience* in accounting, finance, payroll, administration or HR.

•⁠ ⁠Experience handling *GST, payroll and CPF* is strongly preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with *month-end closing and preparation of P&L*.

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable working with accounting software and online platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

•⁠ ⁠Able to manage confidential financial and employee information professionally.

•⁠ ⁠Strong follow-up and communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities and deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
