Job Summary

As an Experienced Sales Consultant at EP One Manpower, you will drive placement growth by actively generating your own leads, building a client pipeline from scratch, converting enquiries into successful MDW placements, and delivering high-satisfaction account management.

Responsibilities

• Active Lead Generation: Independently prospect, cold call, and generate own business leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  
• End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the entire client lifecycle from initial cold outreach to deal closing, achieving monthly placement targets.
  
• Needs Analysis & Matching: Evaluate employer requirements and match them with suitable MDWs to maximize closing rates.
  
• Coordination & Compliance: Schedule candidate interviews and ensure all legal and agency documentation is processed promptly and accurately.
  
• Client Retention & After-Sales: Provide proactive after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships and generate repeat referral business.
  

Required Competencies and Certifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales or agency experience with a proven track record of self-sourced lead generation.
  
• Valid KAH or CEI certificate.
  

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Strong prospecting mindset with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Goal-oriented drive with a demonstrated ability to build a client base independently and exceed benchmarks.
  
• Ability to work a 6-day work week schedule.
