Job Description

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other drinks to a consistent standard.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and bar equipment.
• Ensure drinks are presented neatly and served promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and work areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous barista or café experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and basic barista techniques.
• Friendly, service-oriented, and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
