Sales Account Manager – IT Solutions

You will be responsible for selling Managed IT Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and System Integration solutions, while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling IT solutions
• Engage business owners, IT managers and key decision-makers
• Understand customer requirements and work with technical teams to propose suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records and regular sales updates
• Build recurring revenue through managed IT services and solutions

Requirements
• Prior sales experience in a System Integrator (SI), Managed Services Provider (MSP) or IT solutions environment
• Experience selling IT services, solutions or managed services
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud and/or cybersecurity solutions
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets
• Able to manage both new business development and existing accounts
