BUILDING SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications, driving timely and budget-compliant completion. Lead on-site teams and collaborate with project managers to optimize scheduling and resource allocation while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct site workers and coordinate subcontractors daily to achieve timely completion of construction tasks
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Analyze architectural and structural drawings to verify adherence to client quality standards
• Monitor and track material usage accurately to support project budgeting and prevent delays
• Communicate site progress and challenges clearly to Project Managers to facilitate informed decision-making
• Lead and organize workforce activities to improve site productivity and operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant site experience in the Singapore construction industry
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and managing workforce activities effectively
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and site coordination skills
