What You’ll Be Doing

• Dialing in espresso, steaming milk, and crafting top-quality specialty coffee and tea.
• Preparing fitness-focused beverages like custom protein shakes, pre-workout drinks, and smoothie bowls.
• Delivering upbeat, friendly customer service to gym members, and daily visitors.
• Managing the POS system, handling cash/digital payments, and taking orders efficiently.
• Maintaining a pristine, hygienic, and well-stocked bar counter and seating area.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on barista experience in a cafe or fast-paced beverage environment.
• Language Skills: Bilingual ability is preferred to connect easily with our diverse gym community.
• Beverage Skills: Solid espresso extraction techniques and basic latte art; experience with smoothies/shake prep is a plus!
• Energy & Attitude: Upbeat, approachable, and passionate about healthy living, fitness, or great coffee.
