Join a well-established optical company as a Quality Inspector, supporting quality control, packing, and order fulfilment operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a stable permanent opportunity with AWS and career growth prospects.

Salary & Benefits

💰 Salary: Up to $2,500/month

🎉 Shift allowances of up to $600/month

📍 Work Location: Tampines (East)

📅 4 days shift, Full-Time, Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control (QC) inspections to ensure product quality.
• Pack and prepare customer orders for distribution to retail outlets.
• Assist with manufacturing preparation to support production operations.
• Support administrative duties relating to order processing and store requests.
• Maintain accuracy in inventory handling and order fulfilment.
• Assist across different departments and perform other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, packing, production, or quality control is preferred.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling duties.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment (well-ventilated with industrial fans).
• Flexible to rotate across different departments and work scopes.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

Training Period (First 3 Months)

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training

• Weekly rotating 12-hour Day/Night Shifts

  • 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Choose one fixed work pattern:

• Team A: Monday – Thursday

• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday

• Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
