Thrive Health & Wellness is a Singapore-based consumer health and wellness brand making Ayurveda accessible to modern consumers through convenient, high-quality products and practical education.

Our initial product range includes herbal wellness gummies, and we are building our retail, e-commerce and community presence across Singapore, Malaysia and other international markets.

We are looking for an energetic, creative and highly resourceful Sales & Marketing Associate to work closely with the Founder and help grow Thrive Health & Wellness' presence in Singapore and Malaysia. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating engaging content and turning ideas into measurable sales.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media and Content Creation

• Develop and execute content and marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, email and other relevant channels.

• Create, film and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Produce educational, product-focused, founder-led, lifestyle and trend-responsive content.

• Build Thrive’s TikTok presence through consistent posting, community engagement and performance monitoring.

• Develop and manage a practical weekly and monthly content calendar.

• Write clear captions, product descriptions, email campaigns and other marketing copy.

• Respond to comments and messages and help build an engaged online community.

• Monitor content performance, engagement, customer acquisition and sales conversions.

• Stay informed about relevant wellness, consumer and social-media trends while ensuring that content remains credible and consistent with the Thrive brand.

Design and Brand Support

• Create polished social media posts, advertisements, presentations, flyers, brochures, event materials and other marketing collateral.

• Use Canva and other design tools to adapt brand templates and create new content.

• Maintain consistency across Thrive’s colours, typography, imagery and overall visual identity.

• Create e-commerce graphics,, product listings and promotional assets for Shopify and other sales channels.

• Support basic packaging adaptations and coordinate more complex work with external designers and printers.

• Prepare or coordinate print-ready artwork for events, retail displays and marketing materials.

• Organise and maintain Thrive’s library of product photographs, videos, templates and brand assets.

Partnerships, Influencers and Events

• Identify and approach relevant wellness practitioners, content creators, micro-influencers and complementary brands.

• Coordinate product seeding, affiliate arrangements, content collaborations and joint campaigns.

• Explore TikTok Shop, livestream selling, affiliate marketing and creator-led sales opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia.

• Plan and execute product launches, sampling campaigns, pop-ups, workshops and community events.

• Support public relations outreach, media opportunities and brand partnerships.

• Coordinate with photographers, designers, agencies and other external service providers when required.

Sales and Business Development

• Identify and approach suitable retailers, pharmacies, wellness stores, gyms, clinics, spas, hotels, corporate wellness providers and distribution partners.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective customers and partners in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Prepare outreach emails, sales presentations, product information and partnership proposals.
• Arrange buyer meetings, product demonstrations and sampling opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and help convert leads into purchase orders.
• Manage relationships with existing retailers, distributors and corporate customers, including promotions, feedback and reorders.
• Explore corporate gifting, employee wellness, events and other bulk-sales opportunities.
• Support pop-ups, exhibitions, workshops and other in-person sales activities.

Maintain accurate sales records, contact databases and weekly pipeline reports.E-commerce and Founder’s Office Support

• Assist with Shopify, online promotions, customer communications and e-commerce initiatives.

• Help ensure that product information, photographs, prices and promotional offers are accurate across sales channels.

• Work directly with the Founder on market-entry, growth and partnership priorities.

• Conduct market, competitor, pricing and consumer research.

• Coordinate projects involving suppliers, retailers, distributors and service providers.

• Prepare concise weekly updates highlighting progress, sales opportunities, blockers, deadlines and decisions required.

• Take ownership of important follow-ups and ensure that agreed actions are completed.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, design or a related field.

• Approximately 1–4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, marketing, content creation, e-commerce or consumer products.

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable conducting outbound sales outreach and following up persistently.

• Strong practical content-design skills and good visual judgement.

• Proficiency in Canva and basic video-editing tools such as CapCut.

• Ability to create polished social media, presentation and marketing materials independently.

• Comfortable filming, editing and, where appropriate, appearing in short-form videos.

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social-media platforms.

• Highly organised, dependable and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Resourceful, commercially minded and willing to work hands-on in a growing entrepreneurial business.

• Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentation software and digital collaboration tools.

• Interest in consumer health, wellness, Ayurveda, beauty, supplements or FMCG.

• Ability to travel occasionally within Singapore and Malaysia.

Advantageous Experience

• Knowledge of the Singapore or Malaysian retail and wellness markets.

• Experience working with a consumer, wellness, beauty, food, supplement or lifestyle brand.

• Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, marketplaces or other e-commerce platforms.

• Experience managing influencers, affiliates, livestream commerce or creator campaigns.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar professional design tools.

• Experience preparing product listings, retail displays, packaging adaptations or print-ready artwork.

• Existing relationships with retailers, wellness practitioners, corporate customers or content creators.

• Help Thrive achieve consistent monthly sales targets in Singapore and Malaysia.

• Develop an active calendar of content, partnerships, events, sampling and promotional activities.

• Increase Thrive’s reach and engagement across TikTok, Instagram and other relevant channels.

• Produce attractive, brand-consistent marketing content efficiently.

• Maintain disciplined weekly reporting and follow-up across all growth initiatives.
