Events Executive

Job Purpose

Supports the planning, coordination and delivery of Club events, private functions and partnership activities, with ownership of assigned event administration and execution tasks.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate event planning, checklists, schedules and supporting documents.

● Support venue setup, event materials, signage and registration.

● Support event setup, live execution and breakdown.

● Respond to routine event enquiries and assist with registrations/confirmations.

● Maintain event calendars, briefs, function sheets and records.

● Coordinate quotations, supplier documents, purchase requests and invoices.

● Coordinate partnership activations and partner deliverables.

● Communicate event information to relevant internal teams.

● Support attendance reporting and post-event administration.

● Maintain a proactive, organised and member-focused approach.

Requirements

● Diploma or equivalent in Events, Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related discipline advantageous.

● Relevant events, hospitality or coordination experience preferred.

● Strong organisation, communication, attention to detail and follow-through.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexible event hours.
