About Wafra

Wafra Business Solutions is a Singapore-based accounting and business solutions firm supporting SMEs and business owners with greater clarity over their numbers, finances and business operations.

We are looking for a creative, energetic and social-media-savvy Content Creator who can help transform accounting and business topics into content people actually want to watch.

A major part of this role will also involve building the founder's personal presence on social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram.

Your Role

You won't just be posting content.

You will be responsible for helping us build a recognisable online presence for both Wafra and its founder through creative storytelling, short-form videos and consistent social media content.

We want someone who understands how to make professional content feel modern, relatable, human and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

🎥 Video Creation & Filming

• Plan, shoot and edit TikTok videos, Instagram Reels and other short-form content.

• Be confident behind the camera and able to guide the founder during filming.

• Suggest camera angles, locations, movements, hooks and creative concepts.

• Capture office, client-facing, educational and behind-the-scenes content.

• Turn ordinary working moments into interesting social media stories.

• Ensure videos have good lighting, framing, sound and overall visual quality.

📱 TikTok & Social Media Growth

• Build and grow Wafra's presence on TikTok and Instagram.

• Research current trends, sounds, formats and content styles.

• Develop creative ways to adapt trends appropriately for an accounting/business brand.

• Create strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.

• Produce content designed to improve views, engagement, followers and enquiries.

• Monitor content performance and identify what should be repeated, improved or stopped.

👩🏻‍💼 Founder Personal Branding

A key part of this position is helping build the founder into a recognisable and credible business personality online.

Content may include:

• Founder POV and talking videos

• Business and entrepreneurship experiences

• Accounting and financial tips

• SME mistakes and lessons

• Behind-the-scenes of running Wafra

• Day-in-the-life content

• Founder opinions and educational content

• Business storytelling

• Relatable entrepreneur content

• Personal but professional lifestyle content

You should be comfortable saying:

"This would make a good video — let's shoot it."

rather than always waiting to be given instructions.

✂️ Editing & Content Production

• Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.

• Add captions, transitions, music, B-roll and appropriate effects.

• Create simple social media graphics where required.

• Maintain Wafra's premium and professional visual identity.

• Repurpose one filming session into multiple pieces of content.

💡 Content Planning

• Develop weekly/monthly content calendars.

• Brainstorm content ideas independently.

• Prepare scripts, hooks and talking points for the founder.

• Organise filming days in advance.

• Maintain a content bank so Wafra can post consistently.

Who We're Looking For

You should be:

• Highly creative

• Good at taking videos and understanding attractive camera angles

• Comfortable directing someone in front of the camera

• Familiar with TikTok and Instagram Reels

• Able to edit short-form videos confidently

• Updated with social media trends

• Good at storytelling

• Able to generate ideas independently

• Comfortable working closely with a founder

• Organised and able to maintain a posting schedule

• Willing to experiment with different content formats

You do not need to be an accountant.

We care more about your creativity, storytelling ability and understanding of social media. We will provide the accounting and business knowledge — your job is to make it interesting.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first few months, we want to see:

• A consistent TikTok and Instagram presence

• Improved video quality and storytelling

• Increased organic reach and engagement

• Growth in relevant followers

• Stronger founder recognition

• More people discovering Wafra through social media

• A consistent pipeline of content instead of last-minute posting

• Social media enquiries gradually converting into potential leads

We are not looking for someone who simply designs posters and uploads them.

We want someone who genuinely enjoys creating content.

You should be the type of person who sees something happening in the office and immediately thinks:

"Wait — don't move. This could be content."
