About this job
- Manage daily site operations and coordinate multiple trades on site.
- Ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards.
- Report progress and maintain proper site documentation.
- Conduct site meetings and provide guidance to supervisors and foremen.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities on site.
- Ability to lead site teams effectively.
