Planning Engineer (HDB, Condo & Landed Projects)

• Assist in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Prepare reports for project milestones and variances.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure schedule compliance.
• Support risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies for delays.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 3 years of planning experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Good communication skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination.
