We are seeking a high-performing, target-driven 360° Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of strong billing performance. This is an active, field-based role—not a desk job. You will be on the front lines driving business development, networking with executive decision-makers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B solutions selling with consistent high individual billing performance in recruitment.

Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-starter mindset with the agility and ambition to help build a brand's market presence.

Executive Presence: Polished communicator with high emotional intelligence for direct client meetings, pitch presentations, and networking.

Full-Cycle Capability: Seamlessly balance outbound client acquisition with candidate headhunting, delivery, and account management.
