Our client, a leading healthcare organisation in Singapore, is seeking a creative and hands-on communications professional with strong video production and multimedia content creation experience to join its Communications team.

This role has a strong focus on production. You will be involved throughout the entire creative process — from developing concepts and scripts to storyboarding, filming, editing and post-production —creating compelling visual content across social media, digital and internal communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative visual and multimedia content to support branding, organisational profiling, stakeholder engagement, staff engagement and internal communications objectives across digital, social media and internal platforms.
• Lead and/or support end-to-end content production, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing and post-production.
• Optimise content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and internal communications channels.
• Monitor social media trends and audience insights to create timely, relevant and engaging content.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content ideation, production workflows and editing efficiency.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably in Mass Communications or Film, Sound & Video, or related disciplines.
• Relevant work experience in video production and content creation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; creative, meticulous and results-oriented.
• Strong production skills with the ability to independently conceptualise and deliver high-quality video content from idea development to final output.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut and other relevant multimedia editing tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and editing tools.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Experience in animation, motion graphics and visual effects creation would be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong hands-on production background, rather than purely corporate communications experience.

You should be comfortable taking ownership of a production from start to finish — conceptualising, scripting, filming, editing and delivering the final content, while understanding how to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.

Portfolio / showreel demonstrating relevant video and multimedia production work would be highly advantageous.
