Shipping Coordinator (West / 5 days / Freight Forwarding) [EL]

• Coordinate export pickup arrangements with internal stakeholders to ensure shipments are scheduled and executed efficiently.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all export shipping documentation.
• Issue timely pre-alerts to destination teams with accurate shipment details to support smooth cargo handling.
• Verify cargo and shipment information before release, ensuring the correct goods are handed over to the designated transporter and properly endorsed.
• Organize, maintain, and file shipping documents in accordance with customer requirements and compliance standards.
• Monitor and track import shipments, providing timely updates and following up to ensure on-time delivery.
• Reconcile package quantities against shipment records and promptly investigate any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with customers’ receiving teams to address and resolve cargo discrepancies, damages, and other delivery-related issues.
• Perform shipment data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics records.
• Compile and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for performance monitoring and management review.
