Sales Support Coordinator (West / 5 days / Freight Forwarding) [EL]

• Manage end-to-end coordination of export pickup bookings, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare, check, and complete export shipping documentation in line with operational and customer requirements.
• Coordinate pre-alerts with destination teams to provide accurate shipment information and facilitate smooth cargo handling.
• Verify cargo and shipment details prior to release, ensuring the correct goods are handed over to the appointed transporter and properly endorsed.
• Maintain and file shipping documentation according to customer compliance and document control requirements.
• Monitor import shipments and perform regular shipment tracking to ensure timely updates and delivery.
• Check package quantities against shipment records and promptly identify any discrepancies.
• Liaise with customers’ receiving teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies, damaged cargo, and other shipment-related issues.
• Perform shipment data entry and maintain accurate operational records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports to support operational monitoring and management review.
