The opportunity

As a Vice-president at Proxima, you will provide executive leadership across clients, teams, and the firm. This role blends deep domain expertise, client delivery,business development, and thought leadership.

You will lead high‑risk, high‑growth client programs, shape long‑term client strategy, and play a key role in Proxima’s continued growth and market positioning.

What you’ll do

Lead executive‑level client engagements

• Lead complex, high‑value programs for senior and C‑suite stakeholders

• Shape and influence client strategy, vision, and transformation agendas

• Ensure consistent delivery excellence and client satisfaction

Drive growth and market impact

• Build and manage senior client relationships and pipelines

Develop talent and culture

• Mentor and develop senior consulting talent

• Champion Proxima’s apprenticeship and feedback culture

• Foster high‑performance, inclusive teams

• Act as a Proxima ambassador internally and externally
