• Promote car rental services to corporate and individual clients.
• Source new customers through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Manage existing accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets by converting leads into bookings and contracts.
• Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable fleet options.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, costing and sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations on vehicle availability, delivery and collection.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and customer feedback.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (essential for test-driving and client visits)
• Basic computer proficiency in MS Excel and Word to perform administrative tasks
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools to manage customer data and sales tracking (advantageous)
• Prior sales experience to enhance client acquisition and retention efforts (advantageous)
