Internal Sales Executive (Cable/ Electrical)

We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to own a portfolio of customer accounts and drive revenue growth through real-world, application-driven projects, ranging from shipbuilding and offshore platforms to next-generation marine aluminium cable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Cold-call and engage customers proactively to uncover opportunities and generate repeat business
• Prepare and present tailored solutions through discussions and product presentations
• Convert enquiries into orders through consistent follow-up and commercial awareness
• Support external sales by qualifying leads and arranging high-value customer meetings
• Act as the key link between customers, sales, and operations for smooth project execution

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in internal sales or B2B customer-facing roles, with a strong hunter mentality and proven ability to hit sales targets
• Background in cable, connector, electrical, electronics, industrial, marine or engineering sectors preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Candidates from technical, engineering, or consulting backgrounds looking to transition into a commercial role are encouraged to apply
