About this job

Job Description

Supervise, monitor and control projectfor compliance to specifications anddrawings.
Resolve site technical issues to ensureinspection and approval by theconsultant of the work done.
Laise with main-contractors, sub-contractors, clients and other partiesinvolved in the projects.
Attend site meeting, inspections, prepareand submit necessarydocuments/reports for projects.
Day-to-day management of the site,including supervising and monitoring thesite labour force.
Able to provide technical advice andsolving problems on-site.
Ensure compliance to all Governmental,Building Rules, Regulations and Safety atsite.

Job Requirements

Min 5 years' relevant experience in construction industry.
Able to work independently.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
