Assistant / Vice President - Human Resources

The Role

We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR leader to drive the organisation’s people agenda and support the development of a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

Reporting to the Senior Human Resource Vice President, you will be a key member of the HR leadership team, partnering with senior management and business leaders to shape and execute people strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR strategy, covering talent acquisition, retention, talent management and workforce development.

• Drive succession planning, leadership development and career development initiatives.

• Champion employee engagement, culture and employee experience across the organisation.

• Strengthen HR governance, policies and compliance in line with employment legislation and best practices.

• Partner with business leaders on organisation development, workforce planning and people-related initiatives.

• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Manage HR resources and budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and business impact.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with broad HR expertise.

• Strong track record in talent management, employee engagement, HR governance and organisational development.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Strong business acumen with experience in managing HR budgets and resources.
