Assistant Accountant (1 year contract)

JOB DESCRIPTION

An MNC in Metal Commodities Trading industry is currently looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their team under 1 year contract to cover for maternity.

The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for full sets of accounts, expense transactions, closing journals, assist with analysing monthly result for management report, preparing financial statement, and assist in preparing audit financial statements.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or ACCA, or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant working experience
• Working experience with full sets of accounts is a must
• Prior experience with SAP or Oracle is a must
• Prior experience in commodity industry dealing with metal product is good to have
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table)
