- Updating data eg.vessel/returning details, assign job, respond to customer enquires.
- Ensuring smooth planning, dispatch jobs to driver import/export/transhipment.
- Using IT systems: Order Management Systems to manage driver and order movements.
- Minimizing disruption and resolving any unscheduled delay.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirement
- Strong problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Minimum 1years of experience in logistics operations.
- Proficient in operation management system.
