Our client is a Swiss pharmaceutical based corporation that provides solutions to address the evolving needs of patients worldwide. Their main discoveries are development, manufacture and marketing of prescription and generic pharmaceutical products and eye care products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Engineering & Control
• Prepare Project Charter, and Business Case
• Develop Project Schedule
• Develop Project Cost Estimation & Value Improvement Review
• Perform Project Risk Assessment
• Prepare Project Initiation Documents (Business Requirements (PBR), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Project Scope Statement (PSS)
• Develop Project Sourcing Strategy
• Define project delivery method
• Prepare Project Controlling & Execution Plans
• Develop project training requirements
• Develop project document management & archiving concept
• Plan and organize Project Resource
• Define project risk management (safety, quality, functional, project execution)
• Prepare project procurement plan, perform project tendering and procurement
• Prepare Project Health Safety Environmental (HSE) Strategy
• Perform project HSE management & execute project safety stops/reviews
• Perform project reviews (e.g. Technical Quality Review (TQR), constructability)
• Perform project monitoring & reporting (cost, schedule, risks)
• Establish Project Change Management & manage changes
• Submit Project Statutory Permits
• Develop Project Execution Plan (e.g. construction)
• Issues orders / contracts based on Project Technical Specifications and Bills of Quantities
• Execute Project Stage Gate keeping and Project Definition Level Rating (PDRI)
• Expedite and manage project vendors / contractors / 3rd parties in project
• Set up project claim management
• Develop project turn over plan
• Execute project construction execution (commissioning & installation supervision)
• Perform new equipment Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) / inspections in project
• Implement and monitor construction contractor safety and inspection plan
• Manage project deficiencies and deviations
• Perform provisional and final project handover
• Create final project report and feedback project Benchmarking data and lessons learned
• Develop project execution strategy and execute investment projects according to customer needs (costs, schedule, functionality, quality)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any engineering fields
• At least 5 Years experience in project management
• Strong understanding of Health Safety Environmental (HSE), Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), Current Good Practice (cGxP), and quality standards.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
