Real Estate Fund Accounting Manager

We are currently looking for a hands on Fund Accounting Manager (Real Estate) to support full life cycle of real estate fund accounting. This role oversees financial reporting, cash management, treasury operations, and capital transaction execution for complex fund and SPV structures.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare SPV reports, quarterly investor statements, and complex multi-entity consolidations using Yardi.
• Capital Transactions: Oversee capital calls, distributions, carried interest calculations, performance returns, and funds flow schedules.
• Treasury & Cash Management: Manage accounts payable, disbursements, and ongoing bank reconciliations.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, auditors, tax advisors, and corporate secretaries.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance, CPA/CA/ACCA/ISCA, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in real estate fund accounting.
• Familiar with Yardi preferred
