Operations Executive
About this job
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of the Home's daily operations. You are required to ensure the welfare, safety and care of our clients. You will manage and optimise all operations relating to but not exclusive to:
Client Management
Ensure clients' personal hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
Ensure the safe custody of clients
Work closely with the Nursing team, Dietitian and Speech Therapist to ensure clients' dietary needs are met
Assist in liaising and managing feedback from clients/ clients' Next-of-Kin (NOK)
Assist to resolve conflicts among residents
Building, Equipment and Maintenance
Assist in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on the Home building and facilities
Liaise with relevant parties immediately for urgent repairs, for example: pipe bursts, roof leakages, electrical faults etc.
Accompany Estate Management staff and contractors and show them around area of work
Supervise contractor performing repair work in the Home to ensure work is satisfactorily carried out
Arrange for servicing and repair of the fire-fighting equipment, fire alarm system, intercom system, emergency lighting system and all other equipment in the Home
Pests control management
Evaluate reported facility/ equipment faults and inform the appropriate persons
Identify and recommend suitable rectification works and costs to ensure optimal functioning
Review and recommend maintenance schedules of all appropriate tools and equipment
Ensure work schedules and documentations are completed timely and accurately
Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities to ensure organisational and regulatory requirements are followed when maintenance works are carried out
Vendor Management
Inventory Management
Ensure inventory accuracy of equipment, furniture, consumables and all other stocks in stores
Liaise with central store and internal store in management of fast-moving inventory
Be accountable for delivery schedules and movement of inventory.
Improve logistics flow by monitoring wastage and costs reduction
Key contact point for suppliers and external partners
Vendor Management
Maintain inventory cards for equipment and furniture and update them as necessary
Update all inventory of the Home
Others
Liaise with Public Utilities on power meter reading, all gas appliances repair and servicing, enquiries and complaints
Plan duty rosters for Healthcare Assistants
Conduct briefing to the Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistants
Qualifications
Diploma in any field
Preferably candidates with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
Other Information
Working Location: Chai Chee
Comfortable working with children and adults with multiple disabilities

Possess good team ethics and strong communication skills
Work well in a dynamic work environment
Able to perform shift work and working on weekends
5-day work week with rotating day shifts
