Account Admin & HR Assistant

German SME seeking an experienced Accounts Admin & HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Administration

* Assist with basic accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

* Enter invoices, receipts and payments into Sage 300.

* Assist with bank reconciliations and banking administration.

* Maintain customer and supplier records.

* Assist with month-end accounting tasks and filing of financial records.

* Assist with basic cash-flow information and reporting.

* Provide general accounts and administrative support to the Finance team.

Payroll & HR

* Assist with monthly payroll preparation and CPF submissions.

* Knowledge of Info-Tech payroll software for payroll and leave processing is preferred.

* Process and maintain employee leave records using Info-Tech.

* Maintain attendance and employee records.

* Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.

* Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.

* Assist with recruitment and interview arrangements.

* Provide general HR and administrative support to employees.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of relevant accounting, administration or HR experience preferred.

* Basic understanding of accounting principles.

* Basic knowledge of AP and AR.

* Sage 300 experience preferred.

* Knowledge of Info-Tech payroll and leave management software preferred.

* Basic payroll and CPF knowledge.

* Good Excel and computer skills.
