Our client is a boutique law firm specializing in Japanese and Singapore counsel. They are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to provide comprehensive support in legal documentation, research, and client matters.

【 Responsibilities 】

- Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and management of contracts and other legal documents.

- Conduct research on laws, precedents, and related legal literature.

- Provide administrative support for commercial registration applications.

- Assist in due diligence processes for M&A transactions.

- Support legal consultations and contribute to internal legal education initiatives.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by management or clients to support firm operations.

【 Requirement & Preferences 】

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related discipline from a recognized institution

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a paralegal or in-house legal professional

- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) — required to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple legal tasks efficiently

- Comfortable working in a Japanese-speaking environment and collaborating across cultures
