Job Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from customers via telephone, text messages and walk-ins at the enrichment centre.
• Take daily attendance and assign classrooms to tutors and students.
• Communicate with tutors, parents and students regarding class commencement dates, schedule changes and other matters that may arise.
• Print and prepare teaching materials.
• Ensure that classrooms are clean and tidy after lessons when required.
• Work at least five days per week, including a minimum of one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Candidates who are available to work on both weekend days will be preferred.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Willing to learn, approachable, cheerful and patient when assisting customers.
• Proficient in basic office applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Empathetic, with good communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Previous front-line customer service experience in an education or enrichment centre will be an advantage.
• Open to Singaporeans, Permanent Residents and Malaysians with valid eligibility to work in Singapore.
• A minimum of a diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Candidates who are available to work part-time for at least three days per week may also be considered. The hourly rate or salary will be discussed separately.

Salary

Full-time basic salary: SGD 2,500–3,500 per month

The final salary offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience and suitability for the position.

Priority may be given to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.

Previous working experience in the education industry will be an advantage.
