Project Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Liaise with Clients, Suppliers and Contractors on Project Implementation
• Project Planning and Close Supervision of Works to Ensure Work Carried Out is Adherence to Project Schedule
• At Lease 2 Years of Relevant Working Experience of M&E
• Resolve Site Problems Encountered
• Proper Record Keeping of Project Documentation
• Able to Assist Project Manager
• Performs Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements:

• Processes Good Communication Skill
• Technical Knowledge of Builder and M&E Skills
• Possesses Class 2B or Class 3 Driving License
• Self-Motivated and Responsibility
• Degree Qualification Level - Related to Building Services
