About this job
BIM Manager:
- At least 6 years of Singapore experience in Architectural and Structural BIM modelling and coordination for commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, or educational projects under a main contractor.
- Strong understanding of shop drawing development and multidisciplinary coordination requirements during the construction stage
- Ability to set up and manage BIM models from 3Dto 6D implementation
- Proven capability to lead VDC meetings
- Manage the project BIM team.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
