Supervisor/Binman/Floater Cleaner

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Condominium Multi-Skilled Cleaner cum Machine Operator to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of residential condominium premises. The successful candidate will perform general cleaning duties and operate cleaning machinery to ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning of common areas, including lift lobbies, corridors, staircases, clubhouse, gym, function rooms, and management office.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and polish floors.
• Operate cleaning equipment and machinery such as: Ride-on Auto Scrubber, Walk-behind Scrubber, High-Pressure Water Jet, Vacuum Cleaner, Blower, Floor Polisher
• Clean outdoor areas, walkways, car parks, and surrounding compound.
• Collect and dispose of refuse according to site procedures.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning and high-level cleaning when required.
• Conduct basic daily inspection and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Report equipment faults, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Experience in operating cleaning machinery is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work outdoors when required.

Working Hours

• 5.5/6-day work week
• Shift schedule as assigned
