Block/Compound/Clubhouse Cleaner

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Condominium General Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the condominium's common areas. The successful candidate will ensure that residents and visitors enjoy a clean, safe, and pleasant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, including lift lobbies, corridors, staircases, function rooms, gym, clubhouse, management office, and other shared facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
• Clean glass panels, windows, mirrors, handrails, and doors.
• Empty rubbish bins and replace bin liners.
• Collect and dispose of waste according to site procedures.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, including replenishing soap, tissue paper, and other consumables.
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Assist in cleaning outdoor areas such as walkways, drop-off points, and surrounding compound.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and properly.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and company cleaning standards.
• Perform any other cleaning duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Previous cleaning experience in residential or commercial buildings is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to communicate basic English/Malay/Chinese.

Working Hours

• 5.5/6 days work week
• Working hours: As assigned by the company/site
