Receptionist

Job Description

• Handle telephone calls and enquiries from stakeholders
• Assist with walk-in enquiries from students, parents and teachers
• Provide basic first-aid assistance to students
• Manage the first-aid room, including stock-taking and cleaning
• Pack brochures, booklets and souvenirs
• Monitor and manage lost & found items
• Prepare meal voucher and injury-related reports
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
• At least 3 years of similar experience in a primary school
• Valid First Aid, CPR & AED certification
• Able to handle assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Good multitasking and time management skills
