SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide timely support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and online chat

· Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

· Maintain and update customer records in the system

· Resolve complaints or escalate complex issues to the supervisor

· Provide product/service information and pricing details

· Assist with basic paperwork and data entry tasks

Requirements

· High school diploma or above

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and data entry)

· Good verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language, if applicable)

· Patient, detail-minded, and service-oriented

· Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks

· Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required

Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma
