The role of a Laundry Supervisor is key to ensuring that laundry operations are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and with high-quality results. The supervisor is responsible for managing staff, maintaining equipment, managing supplies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Jobscope:

• Supervise and manage laundry staff, including washers, dryers, pressers, and sorters.
• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to the team, ensuring optimal productivity.
• Address staff issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure teamwork and cooperation within the department.
• Oversee the sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding of laundry items, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Ensure all laundry processes comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the laundry area and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Manage shift scheduling and ensure sufficient coverage during peak periods.
