Workday Extend Consultant

The Workday Extend Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using the Workday Extend platform. The consultant partners with clients to extend Workday capabilities and deliver innovative business solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications using Workday Extend.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure user interfaces, workflows, validations, and business logic within Workday Extend.
• Integrate Workday Extend applications with Workday business processes and data.
• Conduct technical design reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Workday Functional, Integration, and Security consultants.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Qualifications

• Workday Extend Certification preferred.
• Experience developing applications using Workday Extend.
• Knowledge of Workday architecture, business processes, security, and integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical consulting skills.
• Experience working on Workday implementation or AMS projects is preferred.
