Wellno is a Singapore home appliance brand. We make two things and make them properly: our tankless water purifier and Hizero, our bionic hard floor cleaner range. Everyday appliances, built to make a home easier to run.

Key Responsibilities

Admin & data

• Enter and maintain order, customer and inventory records accurately across our systems
• Generate and issue customer invoices, delivery orders and receipts; track payment status and follow up on outstanding ones
• Keep digital and physical filing tidy — warranty cards, supplier documents, service records
• Support day-to-day office admin: courier arrangements, stock counts, basic purchasing, ad-hoc requests from the team

Customer service

• Be the first point of contact for customers over WhatsApp, email and social media
• Handle product enquiries, order status checks, delivery scheduling and warranty or servicing requests
• Coordinate with our delivery and technician partners so customers get updated before they have to chase us
• Log feedback and recurring issues so the team can fix the root cause, not just the ticket
  

Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration or any related field — fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Comfortable with numbers and detail; you notice when an invoice figure or an address doesn't look right

• Confident written and spoken English; conversational Mandarin or Malay is a plus for serving our customer base

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee), accounting software or Lark is an advantage, but we'll train you.

• Warm, patient and level-headed with customers — including the difficult ones

• Organised and self-starting. In a lean team, we'd rather you flag a problem early than wait to be asked
• AI-driven productivity is a PLUS
