SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE (TA) - CONSTRUCTION

• Remuneration package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus

Responsibilities

• The Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) partners with Business Units on workforce planning, manages end-to-end recruitment, and provides HR advisory support. The role also drives recruitment process improvement, compliance, and team development to ensure effective HR service delivery.

• Support HR Manager in managing HR Business Partners and HR advisory matters.

• Partner with business units on manpower planning and recruitment strategies.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Drive employer branding, recruitment efficiency and HR metrics.

• Oversee HR operations, work passes, onboarding, benefits, engagement and employee relations.

• Develop HR policies, SOPs and coach HR team members.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business or related preferred

• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations & process

• End-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing to onboarding and reporting.

• Relevant experience in the Construction industry is an advantage
