WE’RE HIRING: ASSISTANT

Company: Nexus Bridge AI PTE. LTD.

Salary: SGD 3,000–4,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the management with daily business, project and administrative matters

• Prepare, check, organise and submit business documents, project proposals, tender documents and presentation materials

• Conduct research on clients, companies, suppliers, project requirements and other relevant information

• Prepare and improve PowerPoint proposals, company profiles, reports and business presentations

• Source suitable suppliers, obtain quotations and relevant documents, and coordinate project requirements with them

• Liaise with clients, understand their requirements, collect necessary information and follow up on project progress

• Operate the company’s software, online platforms and backend systems

• Organise client records, supplier information, project files, spreadsheets and internal trackers

• Use AI tools to support research, writing, document preparation and presentation creation

• Handle other tasks assigned by management and follow through until completion

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English is essential

• Ability to speak and write Chinese will be an advantage

• Strong research, writing, documentation and communication skills

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Google Workspace or Canva

• Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools

• Able to learn and operate new software and online systems quickly

• Organised, detail-oriented, flexible and responsible

• Able to work independently and solve routine problems without requiring step-by-step instructions

• Relevant experience in administration, project coordination, proposal preparation or client support will be an advantage
