Senior PMO (Digital Banking, GIRO, MEPS, PayNow, SWIFT GPI, Agile / Scrum, SIT / UAT, JIRA, SQL)

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex banking and financial services technology projects across digital banking, payments, regulatory technology, and financial transformation initiatives.
• Manage project planning, estimation, execution, tracking, implementation, production rollout, and closure across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models.
• Drive business analysis activities including requirements gathering, stakeholder discussions, gap analysis, functional analysis, and solution definition.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with business, technology, operations, compliance, risk, vendors, and geographically distributed teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and manage test strategies, test plans, SIT/UAT execution, regression testing, defect management, and quality governance.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and action items through effective RAID management.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications and actionable delivery requirements.
• Lead initiatives involving digital banking, fast payments, GIRO, MEPS, PayNow, telegraphic transfers, bulk payments, and SWIFT-based payment solutions.
• Support projects involving digital client onboarding, core banking, cards, trade finance, AML/KYC, fraud, credit risk, and regulatory/transaction reporting.
• Ensure solutions and project deliverables meet applicable regulatory, compliance, quality, and business requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party delivery activities to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
• Monitor project progress, resolve delivery challenges, and communicate project status to senior stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of banking processes, technology solutions, testing practices, and delivery methodologies.

Requirements:

• 14 + years of experience in Banking and Financial Services IT, with strong exposure to technology delivery and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in Project Management, Program Delivery, Scrum Master, Senior Business Analysis, and Test Management.
• Strong experience in Digital Banking, Payments, SWIFT, Regulatory Technology, Cards, Core Banking, AML/KYC, and Financial Markets.
• Experience in banking payment systems and channels including Fast Payments, GIRO, MEPS, PayNow, Telegraphic Transfers, and Bulk Payments.
• Experience in SWIFT messaging, including MT103, MT202, MT202COV, and SWIFT GPI.
• Experience in regulatory and transaction reporting, compliance-driven technology initiatives, and financial crime-related solutions.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to operate effectively in regulated financial services environments.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, functional specifications, solution analysis, project planning, and estimation.
• Strong experience in SIT, UAT, regression testing, test planning, test execution, defect management, and quality assurance.
• Experience in stakeholder and vendor management across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and other functions.
• Experience in risk, issue, dependency, and RAID management within complex technology projects.
• Hands on Experience in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SQL.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams in complex, geographically distributed project environments.
• Strong experience in banking operations, financial products, regulatory requirements, and technology-driven transformation.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
