SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant ( AP HCM, SuccessFactors, Employee Central , SAP HANA , SAP BASIS)

Responsibilities

• Support SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors solutions across implementation, enhancement, testing and production environments.
• Provide functional and technical support for SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management and Learning solutions.
• Analyze HR system requirements and translate business needs into practical SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.
• Support integration between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.
• Coordinate with functional, development, infrastructure, database and security teams to resolve application and integration issues.
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution discussions, SIT/UAT, defect resolution and deployment activities.
• Support data validation, migration activities, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization.
• Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis and coordinate timely resolution.
• Support SAP HCM and SuccessFactors enhancements, configuration changes and system improvements.
• Maintain system documentation, test evidence, implementation records and operational procedures.
• Coordinate application changes through established SAP change and release management processes.
• Work with business stakeholders and vendors to manage incidents, escalations and delivery activities.
• Support SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA and related enterprise SAP platforms where required.
• Contribute to SAP RISE and cloud transformation initiatives involving SAP BTP and SAP Cloud Connector.
• Support monitoring, reporting and service management activities for SAP HR applications.
• Prepare management reports and operational metrics using relevant reporting and analytics tools.
• Ensure appropriate security, access governance, audit and operational controls are maintained.
• Provide knowledge sharing and guidance to junior team members and other support teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise SAP technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Time Management / Time Off.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM processes and HR technology environments.
• Experience supporting SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integrations.
• Experience in SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, testing and production support activities.
• Hands-on experience with SIT/UAT, defect management, cutover and post-go-live support.
• Strong experience in SAP BASIS and SAP HANA.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, SAP BTP and SAP Cloud Connector is preferred.
• Experience in SAP Solution Manager, transport management and change/release processes.
• Experience working with databases such as SAP HANA, Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Good SQL and reporting capabilities, with exposure to SAP BusinessObjects, SAP BW or Power BI.
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and service improvement.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Good understanding of security, access governance, audit and operational controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillswith a focus on service reliability and continuous improvement.
